Remote Learning

Dear Parents,

We are still navigating our way through this unusual time of education and all that Covid has presented us with.  Throughout this year we will once again have periods of time where students are unable to attend school because they are either isolated due to Covid or away on family leave.

To assist teachers in organising student work, the Department of Education has used expert educators to develop Units of Work specifically for Remote Learning. Students from Catherine McAuley are encouraged to complete these units as they are linked to the Curriculum and address learning needs in each Grade level.

After you have clicked on the link, please view the short video explaining how the units are designed and in which order to access them.  Choose your child’s grade level and begin with the Kangaroo units.  Your child can complete some, or all of the work, depending on their time and health.

Thank you,
Robyn Petty
